How to make Turkish meat sandwich roll
*Ingredients you need to prepare this delicious dish:
– Lavash bread 6 pieces
Half a kilo of lamb meat
Liquid oil as needed
– Salt, pepper, turmeric as needed

– 2 tomatoes
– 1 onion
– Yogurt 1 cup
– Garlic 2 cloves
– Butter 1 tablespoon
– One and a half tablespoons of flour
– 1 glass of milk

*To have a delicious Turkish meat roll, you must follow the following steps in order and carefully.
1- First, to start the work, we wash half a kilo of mutton loin and chop it very finely. Then we pour some liquid oil in a pan and put the pan on the gas and when the oil is hot, we put the chopped meats in the pan and fry them in the pan until it changes color.
Then pour 1 tablespoon of tomato paste into the pan and fry it in the pan until the color of the paste changes and the raw smell of the paste diminishes.
2-Then, in order for our meat to be cooked, we pour 1 glass of water into the pan, close the lid of the pan, lower the flame and wait for the meat to cook well and the water to drain into the pan.
Also, at this stage, add enough salt, pepper, turmeric, and paprika to add flavor to the pan and wait until the water is drawn into the pan and the meat is cooked.
3- Next, we go to prepare the internal ingredients of this dish and wash and peel 1 onion and cut it into wedges.
Then wash 2 tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and chop it very finely.
4-Next, we prepare the béchamel sauce to pour on the rolls, and for this purpose, we pour 1 tablespoon of butter into one side and put the dish on the gas until the butter melts, and add one and a half tablespoons of flour to it. and mix flour with butter.
Next, we mix 1 glass of milk with the ingredients and keep stirring the ingredients in the pan and wait for our ingredients to boil and thicken. Then, when the concentration of the ingredients is suitable, we add some salt and pepper to it and turn off the gas.
5-Next, we take a piece of lavash bread and put some of the meat ingredients in the middle of the bread and put some chopped tomatoes and chopped onions on it to make it delicious and pour mustard sauce with some yogurt on the bread. Then we close the sandwiches and roll them.
6- Next, we cut the breads in medium intervals and pour the prepared béchamel sauce on the rolls. Now our Turkish meat sandwich roll is ready. Put it in a suitable container and prepare this delicious dish and eat it for dinner.
