How to prepare meat dumplings with simple tricks
*Ingredients you need to prepare this meat dumpling:
– 1 packet of yeast dough
– Sugar 1 tablespoon
– 2 eggs
– 4 tablespoons of liquid oil

1- First, my dear friends, one package of yeast or one tablespoon of yeast, one tablespoon of sugar, one egg, four tablespoons of liquid oil, half a teaspoon of salt, and a glass of milk. Put it in a deep dish and mix the ingredients well with a whisk or spoon until the egg is completely opened.

2-Grate a medium onion in a large bowl, then crush four cloves of garlic with a garlic press and add to the onion. As you can see in the picture below.

Then break an egg and add it to your ingredients. Then add two tablespoons of liquid oil. Add 300 grams of minced meat, friends, the taste and aroma of this dumpling is due to the presence of minced red meat, now if you don’t have it available or don’t like to use red meat, you can use minced chicken meat.
